I work with this information in advance of our time together, entering meditation and energetic attunement to:

Identify core blocks, imprints, and activation points
Prepare the frequency, breathwork pathways, and sound healing tones specific to your system
When you arrive in person, the space is already calibrated for you.
The session itself unfolds intuitively and may include:
Intuitive therapeutic conversation to bring conscious awareness to what is ready to shift.
Somatic breathwork to release stored emotion, trauma, and energetic density from the body
Sound healing to regulate the nervous system, integrate the release, and anchor higher-frequency embodiment
